Affordable Housing Program
What Is Affordable Housing?
Arrive Santa Paula participates in an Affordable Housing Program that offers quality apartment homes at below-market rental rates to households that meet established income requirements. Through this program, we are able to provide comfortable, modern residences while helping promote long-term housing affordability and stability within the community.
How It Works.
Qualified applicants may benefit from reduced monthly rental rates if their household income falls at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Eligibility is verified through a straightforward income review during the application process.
Who Qualifies.
Arrive Santa Paula offers floor plans ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. These apartments are available to households earning 80% or below of the Area Median Income (AMI).
To find out if you qualify, please review the income limits based on your household size in the chart below. Apartments are leased on a first come, first served basis, and current rent amounts are listed below.
Each year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) updates the income and rent limits for communities that participate in the Affordable Housing Program. Arrive Santa Paula follows these annual HUD guidelines. Income and rent limits have been released for 2026. See chart below for current information.
